The information in the quest tab is not updating correctly. For example, it states I have 0 deaths however I have been killed by hill giants like two-three times.

Kills on that tab refer to PvP stats, it has nothing to do with deaths PvM.

the information on the tab nonetheless is not updating. slayer points etc. they do not update.
